These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Purchase of Alcohol

Some Gift2U products may contain alcohol.

• You are 18 years of age or older
• The recipient of the delivery is 18 years of age or older

Gift2U does not sell alcohol as a standalone product. Alcohol is supplied only as part of a gift hamper and is ancillary to the primary product.

Gift2U operates in accordance with applicable NSW liquor laws and does not supply alcohol to minors. Proof of age may be required at delivery. Gift2U reserves the right to refuse delivery if age verification cannot be satisfied.

Product Availability and Substitutions

All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item included in a gift hamper is unavailable, Gift2U reserves the right to substitute the item with a similar product of equal or greater value. Any substitution will be made with care to ensure it aligns with the quality and style of the original hamper.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that reasonable substitutions may occur and that such substitutions do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or exchange.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Gift2U makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions and ingredient information where available. However, we do not guarantee that products are free from allergens or suitable for specific dietary requirements.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that it is the customer’s responsibility to review product information and assess the suitability of a gift hamper for the intended recipient. Gift2U accepts no liability for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the consumption or use of any products supplied.
